Fanny Vicens and Ensemble REGARDS at Festival Mixtur 2016
Mixtur is a collective that has been founded in Barcelona in 2012 with the aim of contributing to the process of creating, teaching and more extensively distributing contemporary music and sound art intertwined with the science of sound itself and the creative arts. The main objectives of Mixtur find their artistic realization during a festival in Barcelona “The Festival Mixtur”.
This festival is dedicated to the musics of exploration and interdisciplinary creation. It will be held on April 21st to May 1st 2016. On this occasion, Ensemble REGARDS will present two concerts. "Regard-Mixed” is the discovery of the world of a generation of composers that the concern of cross-cultural integration of contemporary musical legacy approaches.
