He will delve into the use of Max MSP, a widely adopted visual programming environment within the new media arts community, as well as XP, the immersive sound design tool for Ableton Live that he developed. Special attention will be given to live demonstrations and real-time listening experiences.
The session will continue with a short live performance where participants’ sounds will be spatialized and manipulated in real time within the auditorium’s sound environment using XP. To conclude, Eric will present his generative audiovisual performance Ritual for a Dying Planet (30 minutes), a piece showcased at numerous festivals and events across Europe
