Forum Studio Session #4 - Molécule

After three highly successful editions featuring Abo Abo, Canblaster, and then Pierce Warnecke, the fourth session will welcome the artist Molécule for an unprecedented performance. The fourth Forum Studio Session will take place on 18 December 2025 at 7pm, live-streamed on YouTube from Studio 5 at IRCAM. For the first time, the performance will be offered in binaural listening, allowing audiences to experience the session in full immersion.

On the programme: a live performance, followed by a presentation of the AI technologies from the ACIDS project, developed at IRCAM.

For several months, the artist in residence at the institute has been exploring various programmes combining AI, signal processing and sound spatialisation to create an original work that will be previewed at the CDA in Enghien-les-Bains in March 2026.

During this session, Molécule will offer a preview of his work in progress, using some of Ircam's technologies such as SKataRT, After, Rave, Spat/Panoramix and SoMax2.
