How to manage your institutional subscription and the various users having Premium access.

1/ Activating your institutional subscription:

In order to activate your institutional subscription, we need to know which Forum account the subscription will be assigned to.

Don't have a Forum account yet?

You can create one here:

https://auth.ircam.fr/accounts/signup/ 

Once the institutional subscription has been assigned to your account, this account will be considered your Forum administrator account, as it will be used to manage the users of your institutional subscription.

⚠️ Important: this account, and therefore the email address associated with it, cannot be used to download activation keys.

Only the email addresses of the Forum accounts that you enter in the form will be considered as the users of your subscription.

2/ Delegating email addresses for users with Premium access:

- To add the different email addresses for the Forum accounts you want to give Premium access to, you need to log in to your profile:

- As you can see in the example below, in your profile, you can enter the email addresses in the “Email Subscription Form”

👉 It should be noted that the email addresses of these users must have a Forum account created beforehand here:

4. Once an email address has been validated in the form, this account will become Premium and the user will be able to download the activation keys.
