Robert Piechaud & Frederic Fradet - Baschet instruments and Ircam tools

Abstract :

As part of its mission of research and experimentation on Baschet instrument making, the Structures Sonores Baschet association is developing a partnership with IRCAM through the use of two tools: The Snail and Modalys.

During the IRCAM Forum Workshops, the Structures Sonores Baschet association will present Baschet instrumental construction and will exhibit sound structures such as the Cristal Baschet and polytimbral percussions and will show its progress and uses of the IRCAM tools and how it helps in the conception of the instrumental construction.
