The first BETA release for Windows platform is available from there:

http://forumnet.ircam.fr/shop/en/forumnet/53-max-sound-box.html

It works with Max 6.1 and 7, 32bits and 64bits. 
This version of MaxSoundBox does not contain Ircamdescriptor~ object,

it will be distributed in the next releases.
