- How do I join the IRCAM Forum?
- After creating a free account, you can subscribe to a Premium membership. It's easy, all the information is available here.
- What benefits are included with a Premium Forum membership?
- Premium members receive licences for all software, access to the community forum, discounts on IRCAM training courses and partner products, preferential rates for Forum workshops, invitations to dedicated webinars, and the opportunity to present their own projects and events. Find out more.
- How does multiple account management work for Premium Education & Research and Companies subscriptions?
- Once you have taken out a subscription, go to the profile page. Enter the email addresses of the free accounts of the people you wish to assign an Individual Premium subscription to. These people will first need to create a free account and send you the email address used to create that account. Once the email address has been validated, the corresponding person's account will be upgraded. You cannot remove an email address from the list.

- How does plugin authorisation work?
- As long as your Premium subscription is active, you can download updates and authorise software. Once your subscription is inactive, you can continue to use the installed software, but you will no longer have access to updates and authorisation.
- Transferring authorisation: Is it possible to deauthorise one machine in order to authorise another (in the case of purchasing a new machine)?
- You cannot deauthorise a machine that has already been authorised.
- OS update: Will an operating system (OS) update deactivate my machine's authorisation?
- An operating system update should not affect your machine's authorisation. However, it is not possible to clone an already authorised machine, which means that in this case you will need to re-authorise the cloned machine. (In this case, an error such as "Ircam activation tool: error 0xA00010" may be displayed).
- Changing computers: If I change computers, what happens to my authorisation?
- Software authorisation is designed for authorisation per computer. To authorise a new machine, you will need to purchase a new licence and generate a new authorisation key on your profile page.
- I am unable to download software or activate my licence. Any advice?
- First, check that you are logged in with the same email address you used when creating and verifying your account. If the problem persists, clear your browser cache or try a private browsing window.
- How can I obtain my free TS2 licence?
- Create (or log in to) an account on the IrcamLab website, add TS2 to your basket and apply the promotional code found on your profile page (only available if you are a Premium member) during checkout before finalising your order.
