How can I join the IRCAM Forum community?

How do I generate a quote?
- Log in to your shop account.
- Add your products to the cart.
- During checkout, select the quote option if available.
For quote-related requests (edit, regenerate, details), contact support and select Sales.
Your user account
How can I change my username?
Your username is defined when the account is created and cannot be changed directly.
For a change request, contact support through the contact form with the Platform type.
Can I change the email address used for my Forum account?
Yes. Add an email here: auth.ircam.fr/accounts/email.
Once verified, you can set it as your primary email.
If your account is blocked, contact support through the contact form (Platform).
How can I reset my password?
Use the password reset form: auth.ircam.fr/accounts/password/reset.
If needed, contact support (Platform).
Where can I find my order history?
You can access your order history here.
Software download and authorization
Where can I download software?
Premium software is available from project pages on the Forum website.
ASAP products (full bundle and plugins) are also available here.
How does plugin authorization work?
While your subscription is active, you can authorize software and download updates.
After expiration, installed versions remain usable, but you lose access to updates and new authorizations.
Since ASAP 2.4.0, you can also revoke an authorization directly from the plugin interface using the same authorization file that was used for activation.
Is software installation permanent?
Yes, software stays installed on your machine. Access to updates and membership benefits depends on an active subscription.
If you change machines or fully reinstall your system, you can revoke the authorization from the plugin before the change, then authorize again afterwards.
Authorization transfer: can I deauthorize one machine and authorize another?
Yes. In the plugin, open the main dropdown menu (H1) and choose Revoke, then select the same authorization file that was used for activation.

What happens if I change computer?
If you still have access to the previous machine, revoke the authorization from the plugin before the change, then authorize the software on the new machine.

Can an OS update deactivate my authorization?
An OS update should not deactivate authorization.
However, before a full system reinstall or a move to another machine, you can revoke the authorization from the plugin and activate it again afterwards.
Machine cloning or hardware change can still require a new activation and may trigger errors such as 0xA00010 if the previous authorization was not revoked. The detailed procedure is explained here: How to authorize a paid plugin.
I cannot download software or activate my license. What should I do?
- Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address.
- Refresh, clear browser cache, or try a private window.
If the issue remains, contact support (Platform).
My activation key does not appear in my profile after purchase
The key is usually available immediately.
- Check you are connected with the correct account.
- Refresh the page or clear your browser cache.
If still missing, contact support (Platform).
I get an error when activating ASAP
- Check that you are using the correct activation key.
- Check your subscription status.
- Check your internet connection.
If the error persists, contact Platform support and include OS, software version, and the exact error message.
ASAP
How many installations are included with ASAP Full Bundle or ASAP plugins?
ASAP Full Bundle and ASAP plugins include 1 installation (1 device).
If you need 2 installations, choose ASAP Full Bundle Plus.
What formats are available and what are the prerequisites for ASAP plug-ins?
The following plugins (Spectral Remix, Spectral Clipping, Spectral Crossing, Spectral Morphing, Formant Shaping, Tone Free) are available in the VST3, Audio Unit, and AAX formats and are compatible with macOS 10.15 and higher 64bit, Windows 10 & 11 64bit, and Linux 64bit (Ubuntu 20).
The Psycho Filter, Pitches Brew, and Stretch Life plug-ins require support for the ARA2 extension on your DAW.
If your DAW does not support the ARA2 extension, these plug-ins are available as standalone applications and can be used as external sample editors.
How do I activate ASAP?
Once ASAP is downloaded here, activate the plugin using the authorization file available from your IRCAM Shop profile.
- Download the ASAP authorization file from your IRCAM Shop profile: https://forum.ircam.fr/shop/profile.
- Open one of the paid ASAP plugins. Spectral Remix, Spectral Clipping, and Formant Shaping are free to use.
- In the plugin, open the main dropdown menu (H1) and choose
Authorize, or click theDemowarning button. - Click
Authorize, then select the downloaded authorization file. Drag and drop is also supported. - Once the plugin is validated, the
Demoindicators disappear. Validation may take a few seconds.
ASAP activation error (for example 0xA0000A / expired key)
If the tool reports an expired or ineligible key, please contact technical support with full error details.
I reinstalled my system and ASAP does not activate anymore. What should I do?
If you still have access to the previous system or machine, first revoke the authorization from the plugin using the same authorization file that was used for activation.
If the previous activation could not be revoked and your quota is reached, contact support to release an activation.
My computer is broken/lost. Can I reactivate ASAP on a new machine?
Yes, if the previous activation could be revoked before the machine was lost or broken, you can authorize ASAP on a new machine.
If the previous machine is no longer accessible and the activation could not be revoked, please contact our team.
Can I deactivate a machine myself to free one activation?
Yes. Since ASAP 2.4.0, you can revoke an authorization directly from the plugin through the main dropdown menu (H1) > Revoke.
Revocation requires the same authorization file that was used for activation.
What does “Activation limit reached” mean?
It means your license has reached the maximum number of allowed activations.
If you still have access to one of the already activated machines, revoke the authorization from the plugin first. Otherwise, contact support so we can review your case.
Does an OS update deactivate ASAP?
No, a regular OS update should not deactivate ASAP.
Machine replacement or cloning, however, requires a new activation. Please contact our team.
Audiosculpt
Is Audiosculpt still supported?
Audiosculpt is no longer maintained and development has been discontinued.
We recommend using ASAP instead.

Is TS2 still being developed?
This software is no longer actively developed and is now only maintained.
If you would like access to more recent features, we recommend ASAP.
Is TS2 free for Premium members?
Yes. Premium members can download this software for free.
